WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service and include a USPS tracking number. As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your email.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We happily accept all FULL PRICE unworn merchandise within 14 days from delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be in new condition (must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume) and with tags attached.
(Tags & liners must be attached for swimwear)

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

2. Return instructions will be replied once we receive and review your request.
3. After carefully reviewing the return instructions, ship your item to the designated address with the provided pre-paid shipping label attached.
4. Once your return has been received, Store Credit in the form of a coupon code will be issued with the amount you originally spent. This code can be used at any time and does not expire.
(please note, LANI has the right to refuse any item that has been worn, altered or damaged. Items received in such conditions will be rejected)
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order.
You can simply fill out the return form
here and once we receive the item, you will be issued store credit in the form of a coupon code with the amount you originally spent, you can then use that code towards your new order.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
Items that are on sale, marked final price or purchased with a discount code will not be eligible for return/store credit. Only FULL PRICED items are eligible for store credit.
